My Story
I’m a Sports and Injury Therapist based in Paddock Wood, Kent, with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and recover faster.
I studied at a university in London, where I built a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and advanced hands-on therapy techniques. Since then, I’ve worked professionally in both clinical and sports environments — including roles as Lead Sports Therapist at Staplehurst Chiropractic Clinic and Maidstone Rugby Club.
I’ve continued to expand my knowledge through extended learning and development with Core Elements in Swindon, adding a range of advanced techniques to my practice, including:
-
Cupping therapy
-
Kinesiology taping (K-Taping)
-
Spinal manipulation
-
Sports acupuncture
These additional skills allow me to tailor each treatment to suit your specific needs, whether you’re recovering from injury, improving performance, or looking to resolve chronic issues.
